When retaining CHASE HUNTER GROUP, Inc., our clients are engaging the resources and resourcefulness of a highly skilled team of professional recruitment specialists. We remain on the engagement until our client company is completely satisfied. Our search process is our product and is designed to isolate and attract the most suitable candidates for the position.
DiscoveryThe human dynamic is in constant motion. It is ever changing and revolves around the chemistry and synergy between people, the leadership, the organization and its professed mission as it relates to the work environment. Understanding the importance of and balancing the human dynamic is mission critical. Our discovery process is founded on the ability to objectively define the strategic “big picture” and to identify and understand how all of the moving parts must seamlessly work together is essential for success. Where the traditional recruiting process takes into account only the specific candidate and their skill-sets for the job, we see the “picture” in its entirety.
We get into the minds of the leaders and department staff to determine their view of and expectations for this assignment. Once we have obtained this mission critical information, we look for the individual that will fits within the context of this specific group. Our objective is to shorten the integration time, increase the ROI based on accelerated performance and staying power (increasing retention and decreasing attrition). We accomplish this by working together with key company executives and staff who will work with, or are affected by, the successful candidate’s performance.
DescriptionCHASE HUNTER creates the Position Description outlining the responsibilities, qualifications, educational credentials, and criteria necessary for a successful search. Following out client’s approval, the Description becomes our basic tool and guides our search efforts.
