Bob Douglas, Founder and Chairperson of CHASE HUNTER GROUP, Inc. has a combination of many years of sales and marketing in Germany, Italy, Austria, Tokyo and the United States and 20 years of recruiting middle and executive leadership talent for hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and physician group practices. 2008 celebrates the 12th anniversary of his creation, leadership and direction of CHASE HUNTER GROUP with his initial team still in place.
His brand equity and core competencies include coaching and consulting, analytical processing, self-inspiration and building tangible foundations out of ideas and concepts. An entrepreneur, he has led 3 companies and understands the mechanics of vibrant and successful organizations. He has been called a defined decision-maker, champion of ambiguity and change agent and has successfully managed and completed searches for Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Executives at the CFO, COO and CEO levels and leaders for clinical service lines.
A native of Wisconsin, Bob was awarded his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin and a member and presenter of the National Association of Executive Recruiters, a speaker on the national scene, and a member of the board of directors of Evanston, Illinois’ Light Opera Works. He serves actively as a volunteer at Chicago’s Misericordia Heart of Mercy Village where he has been entrusted with four developmentally disabled wards of the state and is a member of the Loyola University Chicago Advisory Board.
