OUR PROCESS

When retaining CHASE HUNTER GROUP, Inc., our clients are engaging the resources and resourcefulness of a highly skilled team of professional recruitment specialists. We remain on the engagement until our client company is completely satisfied.  Our search process is our product and is designed to isolate and attract the most suitable candidates for the position.

Because we value our client relationships, all services are retained and fees are industry standard: Our fee structure is 33% of the first year's negotiated compensation package

Needs Assessment
We regard each search assignment as a joint effort between our client organization and ourselves. By working together as partners, the client’s needs are completely assessed to determine the requisite skill sets, to understand the organizational relationships, to define the required experience and to identify the intangible characteristics crucial for a successful search assignment.  We work together with key company executives and staff who will work with, or are affected by, the successful candidate’s performance.

Position Description
CHASE HUNTER creates the Position Description outlining the responsibilities, qualifications, educational credentials, and criteria necessary for a successful search.   Following our client’s approval, the Description becomes our basic tool and guides our search efforts.

Research And Sourcing
We create a Target List of organizations from which likely candidates will be found. Individuals within these organizations are approached either as potential candidates or sources.  Coupled with display advertising and our own existing network of contacts and sources within the industry, the search begins with selective calls from our senior staff Principles.

Progress Reports
During the entire engagement, the client is kept fully informed of our progress and findings. CHASE HUNTER reports all progress frequently to our client organization.

Candidate Evaluation And Interviews
As potential candidates surface, our staff evaluates these professionals as to the delineated qualifications, their level of interest, and the cultural fit with the client organization.

Candidate Presentation
Candidate Profiles are submitted on three to four candidates most appropriate to the Position Description.  At this time, the candidates are selected for face-to-face meetings with the client’s search committee.

Client And Candidate Meetings
CHASE HUNTER orchestrates all meetings between client and candidates. Travel arrangements are coordinated through us, and we assist with the meeting format if requested.  After each meeting, we obtain feedback from both parties.

Reference Portfolio
Upon the selection of a promising candidate, the Reference Portfolio is compiled. We contact sources capable of providing insight to the candidate’s abilities and qualifications as they pertain to the Position Description and any other issues, which surfaced throughout the process. Academic and all other pertinent credentials are verified.

Offer, Acceptance, And Transition
Our client organization selects which candidate shall receive the offer.  At all times we offer insights to help in the final selection.  Upon request, we will help in creating an overall compensation package, but our client makes all final determinations.  We take a proactive role in negotiations with the chosen candidate due to the already established relationship. Once the selected candidate is in place, our staff supports the newcomer’s successful integration into the new organization.

Our On-Going Relationship
Since our philosophy of search centers around building and maintaining relationships we will check-in with you and your new Executive every six-months to chart progress, address concerns and help in the communication process.  We are also available at any point within the first year of hire to help in any situation associated with your new Executive.
