Jim Schneider 

Jim Schneider, Senior Partner and co-founder of CHASE HUNTER GROUP, Inc. creates the framework of each tailor-made search project and heads all research and marketing initiatives.  With his sharp intuitive instincts complimented by his extensive sales, marketing, and theatrical casting background Jim is pivotal in isolation and assessment of talent.  It is Jim’s prowess as a performing arts casting director and innate understanding of the correct blend of talent that has earned CHG the unparalleled candidate retention rate that has become its hallmark.  Jim has built several organizations from the ground up and understands the structure and dynamics of a healthy organization. 

A native of Houston, Texas, he attended Stephen F. Austin State University and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1984, graduating with honors and was awarded a Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Houston in 1992. Jim was mentored by 3-time Pulitzer Prize winning playwright legend, Edward Albee and Tony Award winning director, Jose Quintero.  In his previous career Jim directed over 25 professional stage productions. 

He volunteers his spare time with his favorite charity, Misericordia Heart of Mercy Village and has been entrusted with two developmentally disabled wards of the state or directing a theatrical production for local Chicago theatres. 

Jim was Chairperson of the National Association of Executive Recruiters, an organization promoting integrity and education within the search industry, a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Association of Healthcare Consultants. He is a national speaker on "Communicating Your Value."
