Diana Monier, Associate Partner of
CHASE HUNTER GROUP, Inc., consults on executive search projects through
her intuitive command of research, sourcing and recruiting elusive healthcare
talent for each tailor-made project.
Before immigrating to the United
States in 1999, Diana’s 13-year Canadian career was invested in Sales,
Marketing and Customer Service for the Canadian telecommunications industry
with Groupmark, Ltd., Motorola, Ltd., AT&T and Fanueil ISG. She
excelled in and was recognized for creating and maintaining a strong network
of resourceful contacts through self-motivation and extensive prospecting.
Her American career has been with CHASE HUNTER GROUP where her non-emotional
persuasive skills have earned her the identity as “Warrior Recruiter.”
Core competencies include management of talent identification, construction
of network referral programs, creation of recruitment strategies all coupled
with a keen and cognitive understanding of human nature. Diana combines
her broad understanding of today’s healthcare trends and issues with the
innate ability to assess individual personalities and work styles placing
the right people in the right roles in the right organizations.
Diana has successfully managed and
completed executive search projects for Nursing, Physical Therapists, Occupational
Therapists and executive projects. She executes and participates
in sourcing, research and telerecruiting for senior executive leaders.
A native of Toronto, Canada, Diana
was awarded her Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, Toronto in
English Literature and a Marketing Management Certificate from Ryerson
University, Toronto. She is Events Volunteer with Children’s Memorial
Hospital, Chicago and is an active Fundraiser for Chicago’s Northside Catholic
Academy; son Sean is attending Second Grade. |
